"Mama!" He exclaimed. "If there was A Golden Word instead of A Golden Rule, do you know what it would be?"

"What would it be?" I asked.

So,  after being a physiotherapist, and teaching physiology, pathology and anatomy for 19 years, I engaged myself in being trained in yoga, healing massage and mindfulness.  

One of our awesome and artistic sons painted this beautiful watercolor for me … to use as my logo (lol!) . He made my heart, brain and body smile! … And years later, I’m still using it!

I was, and I still am, completely moved by my son's art, his compassion, his enthusiasm and his sincerity.  Everyday, I learn from our 3 sons, and I am now beginning to understand this amazing adventure of being ALIVE!
