Quotes and other Thoughts

Do you have a special quote, that you may have heard recently or long ago, and it sits in your mind and then swirls around and then sits again. I have one.  I remember reading this small and beautiful quote 25 years ago as I was taking a break from studying at the university. This quote/idea has sat and swirled with me ever since.  I LOVE it!  It reminds me, so simply,  just to be who I am and always be nice.

What lies ahead of you
and what lies behind you
are small matters compared to
what lies inside you.
- Ralph Waldo Emerson
